These instructions are for solid door Brava shipping boxes. The shipping box for solid door Brava does not include a honeycomb board (see below). Click here for packing instructions for the glass door shipping instructions.
To ensure your Brava is packaged safely and arrives at its final destination undamaged, please follow the instructions below. You are responsible for any damages to the Brava as a result of poor packing. Brava will deduct a minimum of $500 from the refunded amount depending on the degree of damage if packaged incorrectly.
1. Place the bottom tray into the Brava box first. Ensure the side with two large notches is on the same side as the box handle holes on the right. |
2. Carefully lower the Brava into the box with the door facing the left-hand side of the box. The Brava should slide comfortably into the packing material. Cover the Brava with a plastic bag if it's available. DO NOT leave any trays or other accessories inside the Brava chamber. |
|
3. Cover the oven with the top packaging piece. Ensure the side that is elongated (with 4 gaps) is on the left side, covering the oven door handle.
4. Pack up the accessories box, which should include (from bottom to top), metal tray, glass tray, then TempSensor. If returning for credit, be sure to send back the accessories. If sending Brava in for repair or replacement, please DO NOT send in the accessories.
5. Place accessories insert and accessories box into the oven box as shown. Just sending the Brava with no accessories? Then just place the top accessory insert onto the Brava without the accessory box. |
|
6. The top insert goes into the box last and is oriented as shown in the photo below. The envelope stating “Open to Get Started” should be on top and in the correct orientation.
7. Tape up the inner box. Then place corner protectors between the inner and outer box as shown above. |
