Brava recently migrated to a new software for its web store. This software does not support Wallet Credit. Of course, Brava will still honor the credit. The Wallet Credit is being replaced by Brava gift card.
Please email our Customer Success team - email@example.com, to add convert your Wallet Credit to the new gift card.
To see if you have any Wallet Credit, please go to www.brava.com and sign into your account. Under My Account, click on the Wallet tab.
