We highly recommend allowing the Oven to cool down between cooks. The core of the Brava Oven includes sensitive electronics and sensors that help to give your food that perfect cook. The cooling fan activates to prevent those sensitive materials from overheating. After the brief, sub-five minute, cooling period you're good to keep cooking!
*You can always opt to cook your next meal even if the Oven has not fully cooled. However, this can affect the results of your cook.
Pro Tip: To speed up the Oven's cooling process, keep the door open after you cook.
