Using the App to Set Up a Manual Cook

	Open up the Brava App, and tap on the + icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
	Now you can select which manual Mode you would like to set up. For this example, we will set up a cook using Bake. Select Bake by tapping on Bake function on the screen.
	Once you have selected Bake, you can customize all the settings.
	Tap the rapid preheat toggle to turn on rapid preheat for the Bake(this is optional, you can keep this toggled off as well). You can see in the image that the rapid Preheat has been turned on.
	Next, tap on the temperature and select the appropriate temperature for your bake. For this recipe, the temperature is 375 degrees Lastly, tap on Done to confirm the temperature selection.
	Now that we have rapid preheat and our temperature set for 350, tap on the time. Tap and scroll to the desired amount of time for your bake and tap Done.
	Rapid Preheat is toggled on, and Temperature and time are set for my cookie Bake. Tap on Continue.
	Now tap on Send to Brava, and this Manual Bake with all of the selected settings will be sent directly to my Brava.
	Now I can place my cookie tray into my Brava oven and Press the Start Button. Remember that all cooks can only be started by a physical press of the start button on your Brava. Happy Cooking.
