What Materials Are Used in the Brava Accessories?

The trays are aluminum based. The non-stick coating is a silica-based ceramic material. The trays are PFAS (PFTE/PFOA) free. Our supplier has provided FDA and EU extraction and migration test data indicating that no hazardous substances are released.

Chef's Pan

The Brava Chef's Pan is cast iron coated with enamel.

Glass Tray

The Brava Glass Tray is made from extra resistant borosilicate tempered glass.
