Out-of-Warranty Repair

If your Brava is not working properly, please contact the Brava Customer Success team at hello@brava.com or 855-276-6767.

If your Brava needs to be sent in for repair, and your Brava is no longer under warranty, the total repair cost is $200 plus parts cost.  The $200 covers shipping and labor.  Cost for parts is separate and will be determined based on parts needed to perform the repair.   Brava's Customer Success agent will provide the quote at the time of your repair.

In the event your Brava is not repairable, Brava may offer you a refurbished replacement unit for a reasonable cost.
