Out-of-Warranty Repair

If your Brava is not working properly, please contact the Brava Customer Success team at hello@brava.com or 855-276-6767.

If your Brava needs to be sent in for repair, and your Brava is no longer under warranty, the total repair cost is $200.  This covers shipping, parts and labor.

In the event your Brava is not repairable, Brava may offer you a refurbished replacement unit for a reasonable cost.
