Brava has a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
If you're dissatisfied with your Brava purchase for any reason at all, simply notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. Brava will pay for return shipping. Please note, you need to have made the purchase from brava.com for these terms to apply.
Our Customer Success team will provide a return merchandise authorization, which you will need to include with your return shipment. As well as instructions on how to package the brava properly to avoid any additional charges.
