Substitutions are one of the fun parts of cooking with the Brava! Have fun with it, and use the suggestions below as a guide for substituting.
Vegetables in each of these categories can be substituted for each other in the Brava and they will cook fairly similarly.
Example
Say you have some baby broccoli and also want to cook some asparagus. You can mix those two items together and still use either the asparagus cook program or baby broccoli cook program, and they will cook very similarly. If you're cooking a combination option - you can fill the zones that require baby broccoli with any of the vegetables from the "tender vegetable" option below.
