Back-to-Back Cooks - Can I Bypass Cool Down?

Yes, you can! However, your results may vary from how they were initially intended when our Chefs programmed them. This is because cooking immediately after a cook has completed means the subsequent cook is starting with the Brava at a warmer temperature than what was programmed into the recipe. 

• Chef Tip: Ingredients that do not use the TempSensor are more sensitive to cooking faster in a back-to-back cook. For this reason, keep your eye on the cook if you choose to cook back-to-back (via your Brava app or the Brava interface) to ensure your doneness is preferable.
