Requesting a Return

Your Brava comes with a 100-day return policy after purchase if you purchased from brava.com. If you would like to return your Brava and you're still within 100 days of purchase, please email our Customer Success team at hello@brava.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (an RMA).

In your request, please include the following information:

  • The serial number of your Brava (the "S/N" alphanumerical number, you can locate it under the black rubber mat, lower right corner).
  • The order confirmation number, BRXXXXXXX
  • Your Brava account email.
  • Whether you still have the original box and packaging for your Brava oven.  You may pack the accessories in any suitable box.  But to ensure the safe return of your Brava, you must use an original box.  We will provide you with a box if needed.
  • A brief explanation for the return.  This will be helpful to us to improve our product.

Brava will email you prepaid labels.  Please follow the below packing instructions to ensure the Brava is packaged correctly.  Due to its size and weight, it very important to follow these instructions closely to avoid damage.  Brava may deduct from your refund if the returned product is damaged.

Packing Instruction

We will issue your refund once we inspect your oven.  Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your return for refund issuance.

If you purchased your Brava from an external retailer, you will need to abide by that retailer's return policy.
