If you encounter any problems with your Brava, please contact our Customer Success team for immediate assistance. If it is determined a repair is needed for your Brava, and it is covered under Brava's standard warranty or extended warranty, we will repair your Brava at no charge. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Below is the information that is typically needed for your repair:
- The serial number of your Brava (you can locate it under the black rubber mat, lower right corner "S/N").
- Your Brava account email.
- Whether you still have the original box and packaging for your Brava oven. To ensure the safe return of your Brava, you must use the original Brava box. We will provide one to you as needed.
Once your oven arrives to the Brava Lab, you can expect your unit to be repaired within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when we send the repaired oven back to you.
