If you're dissatisfied with your Brava purchase for any reason at all, simply notify us within 100 days of the date we charge your credit, or debit card to receive your refund.
Our Customer Success team will provide a return merchandise authorization, which you will need to include with your return shipment. Please make sure to save your order confirmation e-mail, as this will help us process your refund request more quickly.
